The short version
Noumbra uses no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. What we store in your browser is strictly necessary to run the service or was requested by you, and that kind of storage does not need consent.
What is stored in your browser
- Firebase Authentication session (browser storage): keeps you signed in between visits. Cleared when you log out.
- Your photos (IndexedDB, on your device only): lets a piece on your shelf reopen with its photo on the device you traced it on. It is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- Invite reference (localStorage): if you arrive through an invite link, this remembers who invited you until you make an account.
- Stripe sets its own strictly necessary cookies on the checkout pages it hosts, for fraud prevention and to complete your payment. Stripe's cookie policy has the details.
What we do not use
We use no third-party trackers and no fingerprinting. If we ever add analytics, it will ask for your consent first, and this page will change before it goes live.
